Shipping

Why isn't my tracking # working?

Tracking information is typically available 24-72 hours after your order is shipped.

If the tracking is not displaying please try your tracking in a different tracking provider like Ship24

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders: Processing & handling time takes 5 to 7 days. Shipping time may take an additional 1 to 10 days depending on country (United States, Mexico, Canada) and size of order and contents of order and may take up to 20 days.

International orders: Processing & handling time takes 5 to 7 days. Shipping time may take an additional 3 to 25 days based on destination and customs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped tracking information will be sent to your email and available in your account. If you pay with PayPal be certain your shipping address associated with your PayPal account is the correct address you wish to have your order shipped.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Please be sure you used the correct shipping address and that you wait 1-3 days to make sure the order arrives as some postal carriers mark items delivered before they arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Please be sure your shipping address is a safe location where it will not be stolen.

Contact your local post office if you are missing an order that is lost, stolen or undelivered. For domestic orders you can file a claim at the USPS by clicking here.

Is shipping discrete?

Shipping is discrete and will arrive in a plain shipping bag or box depending on the items you've ordered. No branding, logos or names are listed on the shipping labels or packaging.

Why is my order coming in multiple shipments?

Depending on the items in your order you may receive your items in multiple shipments. This is to help get your order to you faster!

Many of our t-shirts, crop tops, tank tops, phone cases and stickers are made to order in the United States and ship from a 3rd party fulfillment location(s) and will arrive separately from other items.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please be sure your shipping address is a safe location where it will not be stolen.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Many of our items can be shipped to the United States, Canada, Mexico, UK and many more countries overseas!

Some items are prohibited for shipping to certain countries due to customs or supplier limitations, in which case you will be refunded for these items after purchase if the order cannot be shipped out.

Who covers customs fees?

The recipient of the order is responsible for any applicable customs fees. We have no control over a country's imports, customs fees, duties, taxes or other costs associated with receiving goods. Please make sure you know the costs associated with receiving goods shipped from the United States into your destination country before ordering.

Billing

Is billing discrete?

Yes billing will appear as a series of letters or numbers and will not be related to the name of this store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency via Coinbase.

I was billed for my order but haven't seen an update or confirmation yet?

Depending on the payment method you used it may take several hours before the order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has cleared.

Returns

Can I cancel my order?

After your order is submitted it begins processing immediately at our global suppliers and warehouse locations; so for this reason we are unable to permit cancellations. If you made an error on your order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Yes, contact us to return the items and we will issue an account credit within 30 days of receiving the items in your order. We do not accept returns on lingerie, underwear, swimsuits, toys, accessories or sale items.

I received the wrong item, what now?

Do you make custom shirts?

We do not take on single clients for shirt designs. However, you may always email/contact us with an idea! If we like it, we will write you back with a mockup of the shirt. We are always open to designs and ideas!

Do you provide free merchandise for affiliates?
